How You Arrive
Most travelers fly into Calgary, the primary gateway to Banff and Jasper. For rail journeys, Vancouver is often used as the starting point before traveling east to Banff, Lake Louise, or Jasper.
Request a Private Itinerary Consultation
As a professional travel agent, I provide personalized, hands‑on travel planning, working closely with each client to design a trip that reflects their interests, pace, and priorities.
When You Go
Seasonal conditions shape each journey: summer offers access to high alpine areas and meadows, spring brings wildlife and quieter travel, autumn is defined by fall colour and fewer crowds, and winter reveals a slower, snow‑covered landscape with opportunities for winter sports.
How You Travel
Rail journeys, self-drive, private transfers, and independent sightseeing — designed around pacing, access, and what’s essential to reserve in advance.
How It Works
I work on a planning‑fee basis, which allows me to provide independent advice, detailed itinerary design, and clear guidance on what should be reserved in advance and where flexibility makes sense. This approach ensures recommendations are based on experience and suitability, not templates or volume.
How Reservations Are Handled
All travel arrangements are confirmed using the client’s credit card and are paid directly to the airline, hotel, rail company, or tour provider. No funds for travel services are collected by my office. My role is to manage planning, coordination, and reservations with carefully selected, vetted suppliers.
